Account was banned while it was in possession of a hacker

HELLO, my account Arg Wreck , was hacked and my email was compromised and i no longer had access to it, i few weeks went by and i eventually got access to my email. i than went to my xbox and put in the new email and password i made and tried to recover
my account, only to be greeted with a banning, the person who took my account was a nasty person, it said i was banned for harassment wish i would never do i have a good rep and everything and was really kind and friendly to every one i played/interacted with.
i changed all my emails and passwords and blocked all contac with the person i thought did it please help me i had so much invested into this account. i had also been charged almost $400 on my credit card when the account was out of my possession including
a few game purchases and a gamer tag change, my gamer tag was "Arg Wreck" but it was changed to "IGotSuppaBandz" and the email was
[MOD REMOVED] but i changed it to [MOD REMOVED] after it was hacked to prevent the hacker form getting in it and regaining access Please help me with this, Thanks for your time have a good day

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

Ah you got banned then. It's the caveat offered to people who claim they were hacked and that the hacker did the things that resulted in their account being banned. If the unauthorised access claim finds that the account was not in the original user's possession
when the evil deeds were committed then the ban is lifted. If not then the ban is kept in place.

Call support (1-800-4MYXBOX in the US and Canada) and get them to start an unauthorized access investigation. If they find that the account was compromised and the offending activity took place while not in your possession then the ban will likely be lifted.

Sorry, no one can help you here as it is against the ToU and CoC of the Live service to lend/sell your account to others and could result in a ban of your account.

Also, if you still choose to do this be aware that anything that happens to your account while in someone else's possession is your responsibility.

If someone truly had stolen your xbox then you should contact phone support and ask them to open an "unauthorized access case". They will lock the account while they investigate and if they find that things happened while the xbox was not in your possession
they will take the proper action. If the changes to your tenure happened any other time you will be stuck with your ban.
