Account was banned for no reason

Yes, Hi Xbox. You guys suck with the enforcement appeals. I sent my appeal explaining exactly what happened. I got a one day ban for my friend who reported me as a JOKE after I sent him a profane message as a JOKE. It was only a communication ban for one day. The ban started at 12 pm on May 31st and was going to end at 6 pm on June 1st. I had no way of communicating with anyone one xbox through voice or chat but could still play games, it was fine. But now apparently I got reported for Harassment/Abuse/Threats at 12 pm on June 1st when my first ban was still ongoing; this ban is for a week. I cannot play any online, multiplayer games nor can I communicate on xbox. I sent an appeal and it was NOT APPROVED. Are you guys kidding me. What do you even do in that office if you aren't actual investigating. Obviously if you investigated you would see that I had no way of communicating therefore there was nothing else I could be reported over. You guys are such a joke to this community and need to get you stuff together. What a joke of a company you should all be ashamed if any of you "investigators" are reading this. There was absolutely no reason or no physical way that I should've gotten a second ban and for you guys not to approve my appeal is a joke. Thinking about switching consoles where they might actually care for their customers.
