If I want to look on someone's account in the Xbox app, I get this message:

Acces to part blocked

there is a problem with your account. Log in on Xbox.com for more information.

How do I fix this?

Numerous error messages

Sorry for the late reply - Was held up visiting family.

So this Xbox setting was in Tools > Misc - I have it disabled now

I then tried all the different MTU settings, none worked

For issues with blocks on your account, visit our
Xbox Privacy site. There you will be able to manage any restrictions on your account by simply signing in and enabling/disabling online features.

Welcome to the forums, and sorry for the inconvenience.

Most games that you've previously purchased will still be under your ready to install section on your Xbox, so you should be able to just visit there, and install from there rather than visiting the store to download it from there.

Unfortunately, if you had purchased the game for example while game sharing, and the game was maybe on another account, and game sharing is now disable, then you would also lose those games on that account.
