    got a message on my xbox 360 saying i need to verify my account, even though i did this 10 days ago. When i try to access my account to enter the code, my account is locked, saying i have to wait a month until the 'changes' from my last verification take
    place. Can't verify my account and can't play Xbox. Help!!

    verify your account

    You will want to sign into account.live.com and click on "edit security info" after verifying your account using the proofs that are currently on your account, you will have the options to update and verify your proofs, don't forget to turn off TSA. Then
    you will want to clear cache, cycle console power, and download your profile.

    Ok this is driving me insane.

    When I log onto my xbox it says I need to verify my account.

    I choose to verify via email: cant use email on the account. Wtf? I need to create a new one?

    So I choose via sms. I received the 4 digit code and enter it on the console. THEN it says I need to verify the code.....with another code! The joke continues.

    I enter the longer code on my phone and click verify and the page wont load.

    Safe to say if I need to enter one more code to use MY account ill cancel my xbox one pre prder at risk of this ring roll again!

    Can anyone help with this as I'm losing it.
