    So this is an odd one and something that Microsoft support staff can not help with or are unwilling to help with I am not sure. On Saturday last week I was signed into 4 different Xbox systems all in my house mind you. I currently own 5 xbox systems that work and probably around 20 that don't or I just don't use them because they are so old. I was on and using the one of the xbox systems Saturday morning. when I left around 1130 everything was good, when I returned I and tried to play Dragonball Xenoverse 2 around 2130est I was signed out but not just my xbox in my room that I was using morning but out of all of them to include the Xbox app on my phone. It odd the controllers that I use for each of the xbox system signs me in and to of the systems I don't get on that much they are in my kids rooms. however that isn't the problem when I went to sign in with my email address (that I no longer have access to due to its age) with my password that I know very well. I didn't get user error or password error I got go online and fill out this verify me form. So I do it I plug in as much info as I can remember since my account is about 16ish years old. I get a response that I will get an email in 24 hours. However my phone dings, I have an email. I thought wow that was fast but I did give them my name, number, a secondary email that is associated with my account, the Xbox Network device ID of the xbox I used last, and the Credit card information that I us for my game pass. So I happily open my email fully expecting something along the lines of due to new security you will need to change your password and using a strong password or something like that. Oh no that isn't what I got Unfortunately, we have determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership. So I begin the process of call Xbox support. Sunday they walked me through the steps I have already done once and then when it didn't work they walked me through it again, when it didn't work the third time they said well you can try again in 24 hours. AHHHHHH. OK thank you. Monday while on my lunch break I get on the app on my phone and I tried it bet you can't guess what happened! It didn't work. so I went through the process to request a call back that took less than a minute, I start with let me explain what happened and I what I have already done along with what Xbox support walked me through already. The guy said ok let me give you a different link this is for account recovery, confused I told the guy I know the password, I know the email and secondary email as well as the phone number I don't think I need to recover my account. He told me that this was just the next step in the process. so with a hopeful heart I type in the link.........It took me to the same page. The Support agent said, "Yes sir it looks the same but it is different let me walk you through this one. that didn't work and after doing what he wanted I had to wait 24 hours again, but he is escalating this issue to a higher level and I should get a call in 24 hours but most likely it would be before 5. No call ever came!?! So I tried on Tuesday even call the support line we went through the same thing again. no luck. I ask the person I said, "look I am getting denied within seconds I think the only thing to do is to speak with someone on that verification team so that I can give them whatever info they need (I joking said that I would send the a DNA sample even a kidney if that is what it would take) So I was placed on hold for a while (48minutes I think she was hoping that I would hang up) but when she came back she said that they she can transfer me to them but someone would call me back. She continued with they are extremely busy but I will get a call back. Wednesday I waited and waited and waited some more, no one called. Thursday I called back to Xbox support I explained everything laid it all out for him. However we went through the same steps with the same outcome. So, I went Karren mode and asked if he could connect me with a manager. I was put on hold for about 30 minutes then he came back on and said that they work remote and the manager would have to call me back. Guess what, no call back. Friday I called in this time the after explaining everything to the person they said have you tried it from you xbox? why no I haven't so I did went through step by step and got the same email. I told the guy that I am loosing my mind here this is six days now if you can connect me with someone on the verification team I can give them all the info they would ever need to solve this problem. NOPE SORRY SIR CAN'T DO THAT! Xbox Microsoft I need some help here. I have even gone as far as to look up the current CEO and send him a message on linkedin. I just need someone a person not a bot or AI to verify my information so that I can get my access back and get back to playing my games.

    You can try the options you feel comfortable with until the issue gets solved, also, if you are not the administrator of the Pc you should contact him
