As per your description, your account disappears during migration and after unlocking it.   • Account migration from Mojang to Microsoft account was implemented to secure your game credentials. Now, to have a secured game credentials you should be associating this Mojang account to a Microsoft account that have security information like phone number/ recovery code/ secondary email account or to an app that generates authentication code. Because less security added to the account will result to slimmer chances of recovery.
    
  • Creating a new account means it has nothing to do with the previous account's data and purchases. If your game is purchased through Microsoft Store, recovering your old account would help you get back to gaming.
    
  • In any case, you cannot recover your account due to less security added we have a Login Helper Tool that would help you with your Microsoft account concerns.

It should. If it's not showing it there and it's not showing anywhere else that you own it, that's usually a sign it was bought by another account. If you're 100% sure you purchased it on the account you're using, you would have to contact support to see

The account recovery doesnt work. Idk what to do. how does an account just vanish after they charged me.
