    I'm a FIFA 18 player. My account stop at level 23 and never get raise after games played since last 2 weeks. I need to get upgrade in order to redeem rewards. Have anyone experiences the same issues like me? Need help, thanks !

    Do you want to use a prepaid card or upgrade via the dashboard?

    If you want to use a prepaid card, ignore it and go ahead. But if you want to take up an offer from the dashboard, give Xbox Support a ring and they should be able to update your card details.
