    My Xbox 1 began randomly turning off, black screens and became unusable. Eventually, I wiped the whole Xbox, and now I can't log in to my account. I have tried every single email I know, every password I know. I dont understand why I cant just log in with username and password, instead of the email.

    Normally, I wouldnt be totally frustrated by this, but the account Im trying to access has Xbox Gold on it, meaning I am paying for nothing currently.

    Is there any way for me to deactivate the account?

    Hello again, even to cancel the subscription you will need access to the account, if you can not access again, the ideal would be to cancel your credit card with your financial entity.

    Hello Josh, when it says you can't sign in with your Xbox One account, does it display an error, any messages guiding you what to do?

    Can you also log in normally from the Xbox website on a PC?
