Discus and support Account unjustly muted in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my account was unjustly muted when responding to a player who was ruining the game for multiple players after he changed teams and cursed my team out...     Account unjustly muted


    my account was unjustly muted when responding to a player who was ruining the game for multiple players after he changed teams and cursed my team out and left. i would like to know why i was muted but not him as well....

    My account was suspended unjustly

    I'm sick and tired of little kids getting on xbox live thinking they can talk to grown men anyway they want, but when I respond back and address them like an adult I'm in the wrong. This makes no sense.

    My account was suspended unjustly

    I was called a [Mod Removed] on the headset. I responded back to him in a text message and said get a
    [Mod Removed] life and I got suspended how is this fair. I told him I was reporting him, he said he didn't care beacuse it wasn't his main account.

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     It's best to just report users like that instead of responding. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    You would keep trying to work with support, but again, there are no guarantees the ban will be overturned.
