Account Unjust Ban

My xbox gt is . Recently I was suspended from communications on xbox one. I believe this to be completely erroneous. I was not the one to committ the act. While I was away my brother had gotten on my account, and while he was on my account he messaged
someone vulgar language. I realize that it is my account, and that I should have put a password on it, but I cannot be com banned for longer than a few hours. I have people counting on communication with me for competitive gamemodes, in overwatch and other
games. If I do not get unbanned soon, I may lose my rank and all the work I have put into it.

Unjust ban

Sorry, but support gave you incorrect information. The enforcement team do not sue the forums. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. It doesn't matter if your friend filed complaints as a prank or not. If the enforcement team determined
you did something to violate the code of conduct, they would take action.

 

Ban unjust

You were apparently banned for violating the Code of Conduct with such a photo. There was even a warning on the upload screen.

Suspensions are only dealt with on the
Xbox Enforcement website. If eligible, you can submit a case review as your appeal.

The forum will be unable to help you as the Xbox Enforcement staff do not post here.

 

You are responsible for your account & anything that happens on it.

You should not be letting other people use your account.

The suspension won't be lifted just because you might lose a rank in an online game i'm afraid.
