Account unfairly perm banned

I have another account (crimson kiwii) and it’s a 11 or 12 year old account that’s was perm banned like a year ago. I lost over $2000 worth of video game content for being too mean. Yes, you read that right. I was banned permantly for being too mean. Instead
of perm communication ban, I lost all my content. I finally was about to log into the account not to long ago and it won’t let me do a case review. Support told me to come here. I understand what I did was wrong, but what I’ve done can still be done on other
accounts

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Enforcement team never replies?

After posting multiple threads in section 15 regarding being perm banned from the result of a joke, none of my threads have had a response or published.

I've pm'ed several mods with no response, and been on xbox live chat easily over 5+ hours.

Is this the only way i can speak to the enforcement team? i've been unfairly perm banned for over a week now.

Support incorrectly told you to come here. The enforcement team is the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions and the only way to contact them would be filing for a case review (if eligible).

The enforcement team does use or even look at the forums. They havent for several years now.

If the ban occurred more than 1 year ago then it wouldnt be eligible for a case review anymore. If this is the case in your situation then there is nothing else you can do at this point.
