Account Unfairly Banned

So, on May 18th 2017, at 6:30 pm My account was banned, as well as two other accounts on my console. I did not receive a console or IP ban as I can get on and make other accounts. My account as well as a second account were unfairly banned for a message
sent on a third account that sent a threatening message to people. My xbox is shared with family members. My older brother, who was drunk at the time, had gotten on and sent theses messages using his account, to people... Okay So they banned him. But I was
punished for sharing an xbox. My account is not linked to his account at all, other than that they have flores in their gamertags my account, GeneralFlores does not deserve to be banned for actions preformed on a separate account. The account JustForQuips
was also unfairly banned. I am losing hundreds and hundreds of dollars because of this. I better et a response from an enforcement team member

My xbox account (IPoZxTRICKSHOT) was banned a year or so back and it was banned unfairly i contacted live supported and have been banned unfairly for "modding and cheating" which was 100% incorrect and i feel it should be unbanned

 

punishment doesn't affect sub accounts or others accounts

Since you don't have one are you sure he didn't login your other accounts just to spam the other players the same way?

He could've deleted those msgs too but it would still be on the server for enforcement to see

No because I was watching him do it as it is a shared xbox, just happens to be in my room. He sent two messaes, I don't know to who, and got off. I then got on about five minutes later and proceded to play. few hours later I was kicked off, tried to get
back on only to see that ive been banned
