    my gamertag is , and I am unable to talk in game. It tells me to do something else, but I have no active communication ban. I have been banned before but months ago. Please help me, I need to be able to talk and send messages.

    Messaging issue

    My account is unable to send messages or voice messages. My account is not suspended, and I can join parties and freely talk in them. The only issue is that I'm unable to send messages, and when I try to an error pops up taking me to support.xbox.com/fix-messages

    Need some assistance.

    I recently just came off by communication and account suspension but I'm still unable to talk, hear anyone, or send messages but I'm able to load and play games.

    So this guy called me a [mod removed] and I reported him and he didn’t get banned but when I call him a [mod removed] I get a 4 day ban it’s not fair

    If they are unable to send messages, invite to parties or talk in a game.

    If you are talking about your rep that has nothing to do with you being unable to send messages.

    I'm still unable to send messages to anyone, I created an alt account with the same settings as my main and its able to send messages perfectly.
