Account transfer, birthdate not changing

    Account transfer, birthdate not changing


    After I transferred my account, the birthdate didnt change. I went to the account to make sure the right birthdate was entered, which it was. Help Needed

    How can I become an adult account

    If the birthdate listed on the account 18+? Remember that changing the birthdate on account.microsoft.com does not change the birthdate on the Xbox account

    Trying to change my account settings to child to adult

    Birthdates on an Xbox account are permanent. Changing the birthdate on account.microsoft.com will not change it on the Xbox account.

    Account transfer, birthdate not changing

    Once an account is created, there is no way to change the age of the account. If you switched your account to a different email or something, that still would not change the age.
