1) Take the old addresse to
http://account.live.com/password/reset for the password reset





2) If you can't reset it, go to
http://account.live.com/acsr SAVE THE EMAILS SENT TO YOU



3) If that fails, contact Support and provide them with the Console ID number from Settings | System | Console Settings | System Info (it's on the 2nd line) and the reference number from the email sent to you in Step 2, and submit a UE Request. It is faster
to have the Agent call you by going to

I think that would work, but copying it is out of the question, you can only move it, but that might work as long as your profile's password is remembered on your console.

According to the code look-up there may be a problem with your account or Microsoft account, have you tried moving the account to USB and then deleting it off USB? Or alternative,y moving it to USB and then downloading the account to your HDD?

If not I would contact Xbox Support about the issue and they'll be able to help you from there.

NO you cannot load a Gold account on a USB. You will need to recover your account to his Xbox. Then you can play split-screen on your Gold account with him. No USB needed.



The USB is for arcade games/movies/DLC.

Say if you bought the Map Pack and he didn't. If you recover your account to his xbox and use your USB with the new maps on it you can both play on them.
