    I noticed my tenure went down from years to 3 so googled it and saw the following post

    I followed the suggested step

    Delete your PROFILE ONLY from your console

    Power down your Xbox 360 console

    Give your console a little breather! Wait 30 or so minutes and power your console back on.

    Re-download your profile

    Which has now caused my account Gamerscore to not add my Xbox One Games GS to the 360 GS

    Xbox 360 total GS = 24333 Xbox One GS = 1595 (This is what my 360 console shows)

    Xbox.com shows correct total of 25928 GS

    Any Microsoft suggestion?

    Is this graphics malfunction caused by my console / harddrive? hardware expert needed! vid inside

    Usually this is caused by a full cache. A restart such as I suggested can fix the issue. But I could be wrong which is why I suggested posting back if it recurs.

    My tenure is still incorrect even after the "fix". Should be 9 not 5...

    Update #1 After getting a few achievements the Gamerscore has fixed itself adding the xbox one GS to the 360 but the Tenure is still wrong by 1 year

    Still incorrect tenure. I've tried everything in the link and still missing my 5 year tenure. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Why does my account #thing on top of gamercard say...

    Er..Civiks his GS is fine on both accounts. The Blood account has ones going back as far as 2009 (if not further) and the other account mentioned doesn't have any GS. I'm not just saying this because I'd be in deep doh if having too high of a gamerscore
    was a punishable offence either *shifty*

    Now the tenure issue. If it's genuinely the case that you've not done any modifications to the tenure yourself then it's a glitch that should fix itself at some point and you shouldn't worry. If you've modified yourself (or got a co-conspirator to do it for
    you) then you're in big trouble as in permaban trouble.
