Account Temporarily Blocked

"Temporarily" yeah? Sure. My account has been blocked. I've tried for the last 36 hours, reading generic responses from computers, going in circles, trying to get my account to work. It won't. My gamertag is "[Mod Removed]". Why it's blocked,
I don't know. I've sent out two support tickets. One got closed even though the issue wasn't solved. The other is open, sitting stagnantly, awaiting a response. Nothing will work. I've even entered the codes sent to my phone to change my password and I STILL
cannot access it.

Oh, and it said that there's been unusual activity. Umm, no. I've been watching Naruto on my computer (OS: Win8.1 Browser: Firefox 30.0), for the last 5 days, because I'm a student, and it's summer. I played some GTA V the other day, for a few hours, but
other than that, there has been no activity on my account, at all. None.

 

Can I bump posts? Does that work. I need help. I've gotten an email that says that I violated the service agreement, but like I said, I've barely been on in the last few weeks.

 

did you already try to contact xbox Support?

if theres something wrong with your account and your own recovery Options do not remove this lock they can give you further assistance

 

I've made 3 tickets to the support, but all I'm getting is computer responses. My recovery options work, but the problem is that I couldn't remove the lock even if I tried. God M$ sucks at helping their customers.

 

have you tried reaching Support on Chat or phone?

do you have any error code when you try to sign in?

 

Every time I try to reach support, it says that support chat is offline and I get put on hold forever when I try to reach them on the phone. The error code that I get is when I enter my email and password on my console. I looked it up and one of the suggestions
was that my account was blocked, so I signed in and I was.
