Yesterday I restarted my xbox console and when It turned back on i was prompted with a verify your account. Quickly i realized i have been hacked. My password is the same but now im locked out of my account. A new profile and email "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" has shown up. I had a verification setup but sadly i do not have that phone number anymore. I tried to do the verify online way and they denied me. Ive talked to several people on chat and on phone today. No one has helped me. They keep saying they cannot do anything to recover my account and tell me to keep trying to do it online. I now have to wait 24 hours and can only do it a couple times a day. All my info was input correctly. Ive had this account for 9 years and now i cant even play. Before I got hacked i was playing GTA 5 online. Now all i can do is watch hulu or disney on another account i had to pay for. I think its a joke that the employees hired to service issues like this cant even help me. They can verify that its me but they cant help. This is the biggest slap in the face ever. Its made me mildly depressed and severe anxiety build ups. I really dont know what to do especially if i try to verify it online again and it doesnt work. I cant change my phone number on there because i cant log in. And it said if i turned on two step verify which is with the phone number than i cant recover it online with a email for contact so **** do i do? Everything its telling me to help fix my issue i have to be logged in and i cant log in til i verify but it wont verify. My secondary contact email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. another thing is i can view my order history from microsoft but cant log in to the other website. Help please.

There is no way to have gamerscore removed unless the enforcement team issues a gamerscore reset. If they do, they will remove all of your achievements, not just those, and you would no longer be able to re-earn any of the achievements that were removed.

I did submit a different form one time that seemed like an actual human was going to review it, but i never recieved any emails back on it.

I'm sorry that this happened to you. I know how frustrating it can be and I'm here to help you the best way I can.

The Microsoft Account Recovery form is a one way you can recover an account. Help with the Microsoft account recovery form. However, with compromised account issues like these, you will need to contact the live support again as there is a whole team that which handle such cases. Ask them to escalate the case and they should be able to fix this for you.

Ive literally heard that from everyone and while i appreciate the concern showed and it did help me keep calm, none of the employees were actually able to help me. Ive already fixed the issue on my own luckily it hadnt been more than 2 months since my old number got disconnected. Like i said boost mobile, a phone company, was more helpful. Only because you all cannot do anything because apparently you dont have the tools to do so. Everyone told me to just keep filling out the online form since i didnt have the phone number anymore to recieve a code. And the form is checked by an automated system which is a huge joke and a flaw within itself. They denied me everytime minutes after submission of the forms. My information was true and tride but your automated system cant tell the difference between a rock and a sock.
