    i have spent hundreds on this account and cant afford to lose it, i know the name of the person who stole my account

    You could end up with a perm ban anyway for sharing your credentials and game sharing, but you can follow the instructions below to try and recover your account.

    You need to call support again I would say as they must not have actually opened the unauthorized access claim. From reading the forums as much as I have the past week and a half it happens surprisingly often.

    Yeah u probably done the right thing stiv but plz do still contact Xbox live and get it checked tell them exactly what happened with times and date it happened, but people plz do remember if u have an issue with Xbox live or a game or account contact them
    they don't bite and it's free lol

    Never EVER give your accountdetails to anyone besides your family its a sure fire way to lose everything i hope you get it back but best bet is to contact microsoft support
