    I just got a chat with support because my offline Xbox 360 gamertag had problems syncing with the same online one. They told me to post here so I can get a response from their specialist once they have a solution.

    Syncing problem

    Been trying to play for 20 mins but its still syncing restarted Minecraft etc but its taking ages anyone else had problems today

    What if it is a Xbox profile syncing issue? I don't have another account to test with but I could try out whatever it takes to fix that problem just in case it is a syncing problem.

    same problem here, the app always login to the main account, the "solution" is to NOT have a main account, instead, have a local account (your computer wont be synced anymore) but the every single app will ask you which account you want to use, but this
    is a bad solution, as now the computer is not synced...

    You can try updating the Xbox app or reinstalling it.

    Account sync, your wish list may not be syncing correctly with your Xbox account.

    You can try to sync your account manually:
    In the Xbox app, go to Settings > Account > Sync settings.

    Select Sync now.

    The Xbox app cache may be corrupted.

    You can try deleting the Xbox app cache
