account switching when opening game

Please make sure you are signed in with the same account (the one you are using to try to play Forza Horizon) on the Microsoft store, the Xbox app, the Xbox Console Companion app and on the Game Bar.

If you are signed in on all the apps above with the same account when trying to play Forza and the issue persists, please let me know.

I'm having the same issue, whenever me or one of my brothers play something our accounts get 'stuck'.

You log off and log in your account, but when you start a game it automatically switch over to the last account logged, it's a pain.

Even if you are logged on everything with the correct account, that happens, it just switches and you can't play on your acc.

I've tried many solutions so far, nothing worked. Best workaround i came up with is to log off the 'stuck' account and shut down all xbox apps using task manager then restarting the pc.. But even that doesn't work every time.

It's a hassle to play something from xbox app after someone logged their account.

Before trying to sign in again with your account do a hard reset/power cycle and then sign in. Your account should sync with the save on the cloud when you open the game.

Hard reset/power cycle. Press and hold the Xbox logo on the front of the console until it switches off, waiting atleast 30 seconds before switching it on again.

It doesn't works.

When i play other games, the data saves even I change account. On this Forza game data lost when i change account. Looks like game bug. I don't know what to do. I tried to see game saved files, when i open on game, it appears only one 16kb file and that's it.

I try to delete this file and start play from the beginning but when i switched account game restarts and stars from the beginning.

Well, your Xbox Live account is your Microsoft account. Far as I am aware, it isn't transferrable...it would be too open to fraud/cheating if you could switch things to different accounts when you wanted to
