Account swap??

So I was in the process of swapping my gamertag from one account to another. The process was going fine until I clicked yes, change, a message popped up saying,

“Sorry, we can’t change your Microsoft account right now“. I've looked into what this means, if you've made changes to the account in the past 30 days and everything. But I haven't done such things, however here's a question I wanna ask, does this wait include
if you're using the account/gamertag on different consoles? Thank you for your support.

Guys, I've not bothered to search as I wouldn't even know quite where to start, so apologies if this is common knowledge already.

My question is............

I've already signed over my XBL account to the ONE, which works fine, but what I'm wondering is how do I get the kids and misses across from the 360 ?
I'm the only one with a live account and the 3 other profiles where made on the 360.
Whilst I was out MTB'ing today the "kids" wanted to play Zoo Tycoon, but since I have to ONE set up for face sign in they had a few problems, to the point where on my arrival home there were about 6 new accounts made in their attempts to sign in *Facepalm :facepalm:
It's been so long since the other accounts were made on the 360 I can't even remember what processes were required.

Yes, as far as I know that includes using your account/gamertag on a different console.

So you may only use the account on one console (I do advise you to remove the profile (Profile only) from the other console) and after 30 days you should be able to move it to another Microsoft Account.

 

Yeah, downloading the profile onto another console would reset the 30-day counter.
