Ok guys, with changing the email associated with your Gamer tag,

* the profile has to have been on the console for at least 30 days

* you're password can not be changed within 30 days or security info changed

* you can not have any money in your Microsoft account.

There might be an easier way though if you can sign into your account. Check out
account.live.com/ChangeId.aspx?ei=1

After you sign into your account there, It will prompt you to change it.

I want to move my account from one email, on *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, to my preferred email. Issue is, I have an older account I made years ago, this one, HanchoGrande at *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, so I don't know how to do this easily. Can this be done, say if I delete
HanchoGrande somehow?

Or if I use that link thing you put twice could I move HanchoGrande to a blank email and then Jaymer161 to the one I want do you think?

Criosphinx - I re-downloaded my account in 20 august, when my last post was posted (thinking there was maybe some corruption on my console profile preventing me to do the change), so that's 35 days ago, and my "new" e-mail is from march, as stated in my
earlier post.

WPAK - I have 0.05 USD in my account, but as Criosphinx and Microsoft said the money won't be transferred but that don't prevent the change.

Sometimes people will not try steps of changing their primary aliasaddress when it isn't the solution they intially asked for. And maybe they did prevent it in the past, I clearly don't see that still being a prevention to this day. Which is why it warns
you on the steps in switching that the funds won't go with that Microsoft Account, as it is not something that moves with it. Sometimes brushing up on the updated support guidelines can go quite a distance.

Are you certain the profile has not been re-downloaded from the time you downloaded it to the console, to the time the 30 days ended? If you feel this information is incorrect you must get back to Microsoft Xbox Support

And have them escalate the issue to higher support, they will be able to check all the times it has been re-downloaded and when. They may also check what other consoles have downloaded the profile which could also reset the counter to be able to swap the
Microsoft Accounts round.
