    Hi there

    Yes, as far as I know that includes using your account/gamertag on a different console.

    So you may only use the account on one console (I do advise you to remove the profile (Profile only) from the other console) and after 30 days you should be able to move it to another Microsoft Account.

    This happened with me as well, it's extremely frustrating, microsoft should be on top of this.

    The Dark One598 Hey there account swap issues :)



    This can be down to one of three reasons:



    1. Your Gamertag is less than 30 days old.
    2. You have already moved your Gamertag to a Microsoft account in the last 30 days.
    3. You have downloaded your Gamertag from Xbox LIVE onto an Xbox / Device in the last 30 days.


    In each instance, you would simply need to wait for 30 days to pass, however please note that if you download your profile from Xbox LIVE during that time then it will reset the 30 day waiting period. Once the 30 days has passed, you should be able to make
    the transfer without issue.
