Account susspended but not entitled to case review

Regarding the suspension Boomba has directed you where to take your query in the other thread.

To stop your sons friends using his account you will need to change the password, and ensure he doesn't give it to others again. Because it's his account he is responsible for the actions on it if he gives out his password.

Your rep will only show on your console if it falls into "needs work" or "avoid me".

As for the case review inquiry thing,you will only have a case review on your account if you have filed for one due to enforcement action.

As rep is nothing to do with support it sounds like someone has just given you some incorrect info as they did not know what else to say,something phone/chat support do often.
