Account Suspensions. Enforcement Team??

Hey I got suspended for communications and honestly I understand that. I responded badly to a team killer in my game. I take full responsibility for it. And within 30 min I couldnt talk or message anymore. So the next day I just decided to play multiplayer
matches on Destiny 2 by myself. And got off. I got on later during the day to find out that I was suspended A SECOND TIME. For "Harrasment Abuse and Threats". And Im thinking how can I get this if I can't talk to anyone for the "Communications" suspension.
It has me thinking does the Enforcement team just hand em out for every report even if its just some angry kid who didnt do good reporting people because he is salty???

I can feel the frustration that you were feeling G4rone. Please allow me to provide you a heads-up, to be honest, we Ambassadors are not in the position to provide you further details that are not in our scope, specifically the Enforcement Team's field.
As a general information though, someone must have reported your son which is why he got banned. Like any other Enforcement Team out there, based on my experience, I believe they have the tools to answer all your questions of why he got banned. Xbox is not
the only console that has Enforcement Team. I'm also a PC Online gamer so I'm pretty sure how it feels to get suspended or banned. Feel free to submit your case review via:

Looking forward that all your queries about your son's suspension or ban get sorted out.

Hey there! Head on over to this link for Enforcement, sign in, click on the little orange gavel that will appear and it will take you to a complete Enforcement
history of the account you are signed into.

One thing to keep in mind also is that Enforcement doesn't always hand out punitive actions in chronological order. So, the second action you received may have happened before the initial one began.

Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called "Review" next to the
current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.

Enforcement will also send you an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding the Enforcement
team as well as the Code of Conduct via this link here, Enforcement Home.

When a suspension is put on the account is not when the infraction happened. This is how it works

1. Another player reports that a player violated the code of conduct which can be found here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

2. That report is then sent to the enforcement team.

3. The enforcement team investigates the report (which takes time)

4. Once the report is finished is when the enforcement action (suspension) is put on the account.

Since it can take time for the enforcement team to investigate you could get a suspension on your account without being on the console at the particular time that the enforcement team puts the suspension on the account

If you feel you should not have been suspended you can go to the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review at which point the enforcement team will reinvestigate the suspension and determine if they can lift the suspension
sooner.

The enforcement team does not follow these forums and the only way to contact them is through the case review process.

Have you checked with support to see if there was a further enforcement

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

If you were permanently banned you would not be able to sign in to xbox live at all.

Are there any other accounts on your console?

If so,check that they are not suspended.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and re-adding the account.
