    Account suspension


    My account has gotten band at least three times for basically no reason at this point. My brother's are coming home from college and I just want to play some Xbox with them. I've had to wait up to 2 weeks at a time to get my account back after a very unfair
    ban. Please help. I want to play with my friends and the system abuse is not allowing me to.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

    Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

    Why do I have to do a stupid questionnaire with dumb questions that nobody will ever get 100%? I just want my account back while my brothers are here. I now have to wait 24 hours longer. This is completely unfair. I demand that my case be accepted and reviewed.
    I have been banned unfairly multiple times, and in sick and tired of it just for ONCE help me out here Microsoft. JUST ONCE! I DONT ASK for alot. I buy your product and I'm treated with complete disregard. I have friends that I won't be seeing for years and
    to disrupt me of speaking to them for 2 WEEKS at a time is despicable

    Submitting a case review on the enforcement site is the only way for you to contact the enforcement team and have your case reviewed. If you're failing the questionnaire, it's best to read over the code of conduct before taking it again. The questionnaire
    is really quite easy.

    Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

    As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

    The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

    Console suspensions are issued to stop people using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account,which is against the code of conduct.

    As mentioned,console suspensions can not be appealed & should end at the same time as the account suspension.

    Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

    Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

    One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
    xbox.

    The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

    All accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended accont.

    The console suspension will end at the same time as the account suspension.
