My account was suspended, i had an interaction with another account holder that was trying to cheat the ranking system. I called him out on it and he kicked me from the chat group. I got grouped up with him through group finder. he removed me because i
was ranked too high for him to glitch the system. It went down hill and he kicked me. The i responded to his messages in anger. we went back and forth he was trying to be little my level. I called him a [Mod Removed] for taking advantages of bronzes. and
then you guys banned me. He has a bad rep i have had no issues before. I have been a member for years, and have bought 3 different xbox. Please unban my account or atleast ban his for cheating the system, continuing to message me after i tried to ignore him.
i finally responded and that is when i called him a bitch ass copper coat tail rider.

[Mod Removed] is a lot less of a cuss word than some of the stuff on xbox's games and there are sexual, drug and violence all over these xbox games so i fail to see how this is worse than that.

Thanks for sharing.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

You can try submitting case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com but since you did say something that violates the code of conduct, it's highly unlikely they will remove the suspension. It doesn't matter how the
situation starts, if you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct you are subject to punishment.

Hey there! Head on over to this link for Enforcement, sign in, click on the little orange gavel that will appear and it will take you to a complete Enforcement
history of the account you are signed into.

Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called "Review" next to the
current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.

Enforcement will also send you an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding the Enforcement
team as well as the Code of Conduct via this link here, Enforcement Home.

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.
