Account suspension

I'm tired of Xbox suspending my account because I voice my opinion to my opponent that does not play within the guidelines. When I report them, nothing is done about it. But as soon as I say something to them, my account gets suspended. Stop allowing these
game developers create games that have so many glitches in them to where it is not fun or competitive to play online. Address these issues with the companies you have contracts with and tell them to provide us with quality games instead of just taking our
money because you can.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

i'm not changing anything until garbage people like you play like u have sense. They are developing these games for people that have no skills compete with people that have skills. Their play should reflect a suspension. Running around the football field
with the qb on Madden and then throwing up a prayer all the time does not constitute for fair play. Get these no skill playing people off of the competitive side of the game and I won't have to curse them out.

Calling fellow gamers garbage shows exactly why you are receiving enforcement actions.

Keep cursing them out and you may find yourself with bigger enforcement issues in the future.

The best way to think of communications for xbox live is this service is a rated E for everyone service and all communications need to say at that level of conversation. If someone says something to you that is inappropriate Do Not Respond, ignore them,
Set a Block on their gamertag and report them; but never retaliate and never respond back.

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.
