Account Suspension

After being spammed by other players during a game of overwatch I responded to them accordingly and never used more than moderate language to respond. Because of this I received a 2 week communication ban and 2 days later a 2 week xbox live ban for harassment
and threats and if reviewed again I guarantee the enforcement team will see that was very harsh. Once the ban ended I was still communication banned. After talking to support I found out that I was communication banned until Sept 7. Also this suspension was
not brought to my attention because I never received a message from Xbox Live nor is it listed under enforcement history. Because of this I cannot appeal the case or have it put under review even though I have previously only been comm banned for 3 days for
saying things much worse.

Someone from the enforcement team please help me. I have already served my time for my messages that were provoked and not bad at all. If you review my case again you will see the mistake made.

Thanks for sharing.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.
