Account suspension

Good morning,

my account got suspended due to "harassment / insulting".

Well, it`s totally fine to place a communication ban on if I insulted somebody. What I don`t understand ist that you don´t look for the cause of the insult. Nobody just says "F*** you" for no reason. Unfortunateley that is not the case and so the people who
caused the whole issue "win". In my case every insult is a result of ingame behavior or a message of the opponent in Fifa 17 Ultimate Team. Especially the weekend league where some people annoy the opponent on purpose to cause a "rage quit". Well I don`t do
"rage quits" but I tell them what I think of them afterwards.

Do I need to be punished for the insults? Yes sure as I violated the rules. But how come the people who caused it go unpunished? That`s not fair in any way as obviously in "real life" a judge would look up what happened and more important why it happened
(as it can reduce the sentence)

To Ban the whole Account form all online games, especially the other games where has never been a problem is something I don`t understand. A 3 months ban of communications on the other hand would I have understood and would have made far more sense as all
my vioalations have been due to communication and not from gameplay, cheating or anything like that.

I do apologise for my behavior and would kindly ask for a change of punishment as the current ruling doesn`t make a lot of sence.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

As long as they don't break the rules like not cursing then it doesn't matter what he does

It's not who starts the fight that's the issue it's who breaks the rules

If he broke the rules you shouldve report block and ignored

 

AAnd fyi I doubt any change of punishment there is something else you should be worried abiut

If you did enough violations (guessing more then one suspension) for 3months your are dangerously close to a perm suspension

It takes a lot to get 3months

You can file a case review at enforcement.xbox.com but as you already admitted you did break the rules

 

Thank you for your message. I didn´t get a ban for 3 months. I wish I would have gotten a 3 months communications ban instead of 2 weeks "live services ban".

Would have made more sense to me.

If I understand your reply right it`s okay to act like a douch ingame but if you call somebody a douch it`s not okay. Doesn`t really make sense to me aswell.

Yes I do admit I did something wrong, no doubt about that but (always a but ) I think it`s fair to ask to take a look at what lead to my misbehavior. it`s not like I insulted a random "innocent" person. As the support can probably see I had some nice
conversations as well.

Unfortunateley there is no "comment field" if you click on "review case".

As I have read a little bit about cases like this it`s most likeley that my sentence won`t be reduced or changed and i will have to sit out the 2 weeks or just sell the Xbox.

You have pt keep your gaming clean

And it doesn't matter what the others say if they don't break the rules but you do you get punished

Even if they get punished for cursing you will still be punished

The ends doesn't justify the means
