At first, I would say that I'm French, ansd my English is not very good, So Sorry.

I'm very upset about Microsoft. I explain. I was playing with friends at Rainbow 6, with 2 of them. So 2 friends in my team, and 2 other guys.

One of them at the beginning of the game Team Killed me... For no reasons, I think just for "fun"... It's so cool to TK guys who I don't know... I'm sorry of this, but this type of players are a real poison. And you can Imagine when you come back at Home
after Work, you just want to relax and play with your friends and fun Peaople.

So, A big Wrath grows himself, and I post a message to this guy, and I know there are bads words in in, but it's him fault. The name of this guy is [Mod Removed].

And the Fact is that Microsoft Banned me... Without trying to understand the situation, and I understand that if you just read the message, ok. But this is arbitrary, fascist act.

That's why I'm very upset. And also cause during one hour I tried to understant why I couldn't use the tchat with my friend during the game.

I didn't receve any mail, any advertise that I was banned, I descover it one hour later.

So I require reparation about all of this, and of any kind of thing.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Doesn't matter who started it,if you retaliate in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you run the risk of being banned/suspended.

It's best to just report & block someone like that,don't message or chat to them.

It matters who strated, I'm sorry. And I don-t understand why you put on front ToU/CoC... You think that's just only rules and there is no borders of this. Your're squared guy. You think that putting all the people in the same bowl is good.

So, even I've do a mistake, the way to do that is wrong. No mail, I had to discovert it by myself... and during one F.... Hour I tried to find a solution of a problem.
