Account suspension..?

I was just flagged when I was playing rainbow six siege on Xbox one when I guy kept team killing so I called him out on it. I used an expression to show how I felt and your system flagged me. I'm trying to enjoy the online community and would like if my
account was unflagged because the circumstances are ridiculous. I cant even talk to my friends in a party chat. I have been loyal for years and never start fights or harass anyone. I'm just hear to enjoy the fun.

Guys, I've not bothered to search as I wouldn't even know quite where to start, so apologies if this is common knowledge already.

My question is............

I've already signed over my XBL account to the ONE, which works fine, but what I'm wondering is how do I get the kids and misses across from the 360 ?
I'm the only one with a live account and the 3 other profiles where made on the 360.
Whilst I was out MTB'ing today the "kids" wanted to play Zoo Tycoon, but since I have to ONE set up for face sign in they had a few problems, to the point where on my arrival home there were about 6 new accounts made in their attempts to sign in *Facepalm :facepalm:
It's been so long since the other accounts were made on the 360 I can't even remember what processes were required.
Do you need an email addy ?

If someone harasses you online or reverts to unsporting conduct you just report that person or block him/her from your console. Retaliating is a breach of conduct and object to enforcement acts.

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.
