Account suspension

Hey! My account got suspended from xbox services unfairly and unjustly. Ive talked to customer service now 4 times trying to resolve the problem and they said they would bring it up for me. I've already filed a case review and it got upheld. I feel cheated
and used. All I want is my account back. I understand I made a mistake by letting someone use my account and I take responsibility for that but there is no reason to suspend me and then turn down my case review after I explained. I've been trying really hard
to get my account back and I've waited patiently for responses. And so far xbox support has turned me down. Please review my account and atleast hear me out.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

 

there is nothing you can do

One lending your account out is a violations of the terms of use

2nd support cannot help with enforcement matters unless you were compromised but giving away your password isn't

3rd you are responsible for all actions on your account including enforcement action

 

That doesnt matter I was told by support that they would let the enforcement team know and when I get screwed cause Microsoft sucks and the enforcement team doesn't know what their doing that isn't fair for me

 

You don't know how the enforcement team works do you

One support can tell them that it wasn't you however because you handed your information over

Its your responsibility for all actions on your account

Including perm ban worthy stuff

What happened is you don't contact the enforfement team

T2 does and sends the investigation to the enforcement team makes the deicision

Not support

But you have two violations that are worthy of suspensjon

Lending your account out

And marketplace theft if that was the purpose of sharing your account to share your games

Which is perm ban worthy offence

 

the only thing that an investigation does if there is fraudulent transactions which is reversed while it's not under your control or gamer tag change or gamerscore cheater tag removal

Perm banned stay in place

Since you loaned out your account that's already one violatjon

The escalations team sends their finding to the pet

Pet makes a deicision and then escalations teams emails you with the results

If you haven't heard from them yet you need to wait

A case review will not help

Becauses that's only between the escalations team and the pet

 

Account sharing is a violation of the ToU/CoC.

Customer support are nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement so probably to you what they did to either get you off the phone or because they didn't know what to do,it's something they do quite often unfortunately.

If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then there is nothing you can do but wait out the suspension.I'd advise removing your account from your friends xbox when you aren't there.

 

There is no reason for him to use your account and a violation of the terms of use as mentioned you said it yourself you lent him your account therefore account and content sharing which is a violation of the terms of use

 

How else did your friend gain access to your account you downloaded it onto his xbox and instead of being responsible tor your own actions you didn't delete your account

Also this gives him access to free content that isnt meant for him

You can also remove access to your account by changing the password

Since you self admitted to support.and here you downloaded and left your profile on his xbox that's not unauthorized accessaccess

Again you are responsible for all actions he takes while he is on your account

Including the severe violation of account sharing
