    I'll address my concern about Xbox and my account on here since I can't seem to get a live person through their broken customer support system. I have been apart of the Xbox community since 2007 and have always enjoyed their products. However, this new
    code of conduct system is completely unjust for the Xbox one. Long story short my account has a communication suspension due to me calling someone a "bad", non-racial, non-threatening word for trolling me through messages. The occurrence started when this
    individual instigated an argument through specifically messaging me and told me to "get a life" all because I was way better than he was at a game. My account ends up banned after one single report on the message where I called him a
    [Mod Removed - see Guidelines] for whining. All I said was basically he needed to act his age and that he needs to grow up. Apparently you can't do this and the person who didn't even instigate the fight gets communication banned because of
    the word [Mod Removed - see Guidelines]. And get this, the game is a mature game already. Now I'm no genius, but in the code of conduct it does specifically say "no greifing". So after trying to reach a live agent for this entirely childish
    and trivial matter and with no luck, my account gets suspended and nothing happens to him all because he couldn't act his age. What is unjust is how one report of a message is an instant suspension without any investigation or warning from Xbox whatsoever.
    It is like they don't care about being just or doing the right thing by hearing each side. No, anyone can report anyone for whatever
    [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] they want. Very terrible customer service and environment to be apart of. I am definitely
    [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] and no one will hear my side. This new code of conduct needs serious revision because I am not the only player who had the
    [Mod Removed - see Guidelines] end of an argument on Xbox, apparently this is pretty common.

    Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

    As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

    The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

    Console suspensions are issued to stop people using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account,which is against the code of conduct.

    As mentioned,console suspensions can not be appealed & should end at the same time as the account suspension.

    Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

    Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

    One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
    xbox.

    The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

    Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

    These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

    Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

    Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.
