Account That’s Banned: MrObviously Ops

My account was suspended permanently around over a year ago and I really didn’t know what I was doing back then and didn’t really fully explain everything that had happened and I’m assuming the reason I was permanently banned was because of all my previous
bans but here’s my side a lot of my bans were false a few I can remember were 2 of my communication bans were because my friends reported me fto try and be funny and another was cheating which I swear on my life I’ve never cheated in a game and a few others
were just people reporting me because I did something wrong in a game or made them mad because the games I used to mainly play were call of duty and gta which have some really toxic players in their community and I will admit I didn’t deserve maybe two of
those bans because I was a little toxic but since then I’ve made a new account and haven’t been banned once since I’m older I know not to do things like that anymore and I no longer get mad or talk down on others at or on video games and I know if I got my
Old account back I wouldn’t get banned again since I am longer like that and I’d really love it if I got my old account back because it has all my data and old friends on it and it shows how long I’ve been with Xbox I have since stopped playing call of duty
and gta I still kinda play gta but I’m not mean like used to be I’ve learn from my past mistakes and no longer do the things I used too this about sums up my side.

XBox One Account Suspension

My account was suspended due to a sensitive individual not being able to win a race mission/simulation in GTA 5. My son has not touched nor altered the X-Box 1 but yet is being accused of cheating by running people off the road during a race. The object of a race is to win ! Please enlighten me how a game filled with, violence, sexual innuendos and gore be classified as a game with rules when you can shoot and kill police. This is such "BS" !!!!!!! I will never buy another X-Box game and when subscription runs out, I will not renew. I knew I should have purchased a PS4 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am truly pissed !

On top of that - You have to answer questions that covers the code of conduct just to get a case review. I have better things to do with my time than to answer questions. Everyone playing Grand Theft Auto should be mature or if not supervised.

XBox One Account Suspension

Ha had to have ago to see what people have said about our account. 4 unsporting and 2 cheater in last 6 months. Just can't work out how my 7yr old daughter is rigging Roblox games?

Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance of you being banned on a "joke"

Since that has been a year ago there is nothing you can do for the old account

I'm glad you started fresh with a new account so my suggestion for you is to read the Code of Conduct and keep it clean

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.
