Account Suspension

My account got suspended on the 6th of October and on the 8th of October and they were set to expire on the 20th of October and the 22nd of October. Now I got told through Xbox support chat that the extension of the 6th of October
(A communication one) got extended until the 15th of January while I didn't receive any information about this extension and neither does it say it has extended on the Xbox enforcement history tab so I'm unable to apply for a review case. I was wondering what
is going to happen and if it really did get extended if it might be an option to get access to the game mode Pro Clubs on FIFA18, it doesn't do any harm, all you do is play with friends and enjoy the game but the only reason I'm unable to access it is because
in the lobby there is a little chat box to talk to your friends which isn't going to do any harm. So I'm asking you if it is an option for me to get access to that game mode because it's the main thing I play with my friends.

Thanks for sharing.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way to get help is through the enforcement website.

You can find out more information about your ban here-

You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
account.

Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.
