Account Suspension

Today i am looking for help on maybe getting my Account Suspension removed or time taken from it the account suspension is until October, the reason i want this account communication suspension removed is so i can speak with my mates and play online again.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

i have but i don't have a current ban on it's an account suspensions which is blocking my communication with people but i can play mulitplayer

Apologies, but no one on this forum can assist you in Xbox enforcement cases.

You will need to go to Xbox's enforcement page to find out more about your case.

 

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way is through the enforcement website.

I was communication banned until the 7/31/2017.. that suspension is way overdue , and should have been 'lifted' but I still can't communicate with people/friends , and I don't have a current suspension or anything like that, is there any way this can be
fixed ?

If your ban is over and you are still seeing the effects of it, follow these steps:

1. Remove your account from your Xbox
2. Restart your console by pressing the xbox button, press settings, press restart
3. Add back the account.

You can also double check your privacy settings by

1. Going to Sign in to your Microsoft account and click privacy settings.
2. Then scroll down to "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites?" and select "Everyone"
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to save

Xbox Support directly.

 

I've already done those steps, nothing happened , also I've checked to see if I have any active enforcement bans , and I don't

It seems like a widespread problem that's happening, and yet everyone parrots the "look up enforcement website" right after you say that the website doesn't show anything.
