    Hello! My Gamertag is , and i got a "suspension" for no reason.

    I was in the wrong forum when i posted this.

    Sorry, now i think that i'm in the right one.

    I bought a Xbox One a week ago, i entered with my account that i have since i was at 8 or 9 years old.

    A week ago i got 18 years. This age in my country is considered as an "Adult".

    Today i tried to buy the "Ultra" pack of Killer Instinct on Xbox One. But i couldn't buy it because a message in the screen said that my Privacy Settings prohibit me to purchase and download content from the Xbox Live Market.

    I checked all my settings, everything is "ok". I'm supposed to be available to download everything.

    The i checked the "Privacy & Enforcement" webpage of Xbox. I entered with my account, and a orange rectangle appears with a text: "Your account(s) or family account have active suspensions!"

    I clicked in that rectangle to see what i did wrong. I respect the rules of Xbox, what i did?

    I checked and it says: "Infraction" and "Date", right under the word "Infraction" says: "No Active Enforcement found"

    What's wrong? What i did? What are you doing with my account? I never did something against your rules to have that "suspension". I only want to play, i want to enjoy the games. I want to enjoy the xbox. I want to know what is happening with my account and
    this "suspension".

    Guys, I've not bothered to search as I wouldn't even know quite where to start, so apologies if this is common knowledge already.

    My question is............

    I've already signed over my XBL account to the ONE, which works fine, but what I'm wondering is how do I get the kids and misses across from the 360 ?
    I'm the only one with a live account and the 3 other profiles where made on the 360.
    Whilst I was out MTB'ing today the "kids" wanted to play Zoo Tycoon, but since I have to ONE set up for face sign in they had a few problems, to the point where on my arrival home there were about 6 new accounts made in their attempts to sign in *Facepalm :facepalm:
    It's been so long since the other accounts were made on the 360 I can't even remember what processes were required.
    Do you need an email addy ?

    Hey buddy, the best thing to do is call support and see if they can look into your account to see what's wrong. You can call them at 1-800-469-9269 US/Canada. Hopefully they can help you.

    Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

    As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

    The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

    Console suspensions are issued to stop people using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account,which is against the code of conduct.

    As mentioned,console suspensions can not be appealed & should end at the same time as the account suspension.

    Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

    Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

    One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
    xbox.

    The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

    Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

    These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

    Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

    Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.
