    Hello Microsoft

    I am not happy about another account suspension for £5.08 as I feel it is due to a system error on your part that needs to be fixed. Myself, partner, family and business all have their own Xboxs and live accounts and I have spent a considerable amount
    of money with Microsoft over the last decade. Especially since upgrading us to the Xbox one each as well as all of the games.

    I don't understand why this has happened again I checked my bank account on the day I made this purchase to insure I didn't have this problem again and the money was there. I have also checked the account today and there is money in there so what exactly
    are you doing at that end?
    Why do you not take the money immediately like it states it does when you confirm purchase on the console? If the money was not in the account then it would not have let me confirm the purchase on my Xbox would it?

    If your system is not taking the money as an immediate card payment like it states then what is it doing.
    And also you are quick enough to let me spend my money through the console but when you suspend my account you tell me this by an email that i very rarely check so its always to late and the first i know of it is when my account is not working
    through all these years I've been an avid Xbox fan and have never considered moving to another console provider until now I have friends with other consoles and they have not had this problem. I have the preview registration app to help you guys improve
    your service at the cost of my gameplay experience with my friends you should not be such a greedy company and should look after loyal customers I set up a business and used only Xbox consoles because of the belief I have in you guys and this is just not on.
    I will not be happy about another account suspension when the money is available right now in my account to pay the balance owed.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

    Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

    Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

    As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

    The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

    Console suspensions are issued to stop people using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account,which is against the code of conduct.

    As mentioned,console suspensions can not be appealed & should end at the same time as the account suspension.

    Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

    Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on another account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

    One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
    xbox.

    The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

    Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

    These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

    Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

    Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.
