Account suspension...???

Received an email that my account is suspended. I'd like to know for what. I've been playing a game offline for the past month and rarely playing at all for the past 3-4 months.

Guys, I've not bothered to search as I wouldn't even know quite where to start, so apologies if this is common knowledge already.

My question is............

I've already signed over my XBL account to the ONE, which works fine, but what I'm wondering is how do I get the kids and misses across from the 360 ?
I'm the only one with a live account and the 3 other profiles where made on the 360.
Whilst I was out MTB'ing today the "kids" wanted to play Zoo Tycoon, but since I have to ONE set up for face sign in they had a few problems, to the point where on my arrival home there were about 6 new accounts made in their attempts to sign in *Facepalm :facepalm:
It's been so long since the other accounts were made on the 360 I can't even remember what processes were required.
Do you need an email addy ?

I have been there, the information provided doesn't say when it is from and there is no way to contact anyone on it...

It is essentially saying you've been banned for two days because we feel like it.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and the enforcement site is the only way to find out why. If eligible you would submit a case review which is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They will not give specifics.

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.
