I have been suspended off Xbox live for saying the word [Mod Removed - Profanity]. This is really infuriating as the guy I was talking to said the n word to me multiple times making me lash out and swear. For saying the single word
[Mod Removed - Profanity] I have been suspended for a day and can’t play with my friends or family. It’s a shame what the gaming world hasn’t come to and how kids are ruining the experience for everyone. I wish you’d look deeper into things
that happen like this becuase it’s very unfair I Am susspended and he isn’t.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

Unfortunately, there's not a lot you can do. MS don't seem to consider the context and whether a person was baited or heavily provoked, so to avoid a suspension you have to bite your tongue and just report (and block if you want to) the person that's being
abusive.

my brother’s account Zeekisme has been banned for Market Theft Though he didn’t steal anything we just think it’s an error on the enforcement team side, cause We don’t know If he got reported and Hes really a good and nice player He doesn’t swear at all
He like to keep things positive but I think it was just a glitch.

There should be more specific info in the email he would have been sent when he was suspended. Also, here's some examples of what constitutes "marketplace theft": -

As for contesting a suspension, you can open a case review via the same enforcement site: -

You can get BAN for word messaging in private messages on your Xbox, which is usually two or three weeks. Because of violated community policies. Watch this!

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.
