Account Suspension

I am very frustrated with the account suspension process...My son has received two bans in the past week (the latest for 10 days) because of a toxic friend who constantly reports him when he doesn't do what he wants him to do.

I want the case reviewed because the latest report was ridiculous. My son (who is 15) is playing with his cousins and refused to join this other person straight away so they reported him...admittedly they use colourful language when messaging each other
but why should that be a problem if that is how they communicate with each other (as long as not done when in party with others).

However when I try get report reviewed via the website it just goes in circles. I accept Terms of Service but then cycle back to front page.

I am paying for this service and it is pathetic how easy a vengeful kid can get someone else suspended.

Thanks for sharing.

Your account won't of been suspended just because of 1 single race in GTA, there would of obviously been more to it but as you are not willing to discuss it with the Code Of Conduct Team then you will never know.

Checks my Feedback.....yep looks about right. 11 for Unsporting and 6 for Cheating in the last 6 months. No one likes a winner in TF2 !

Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow these forums. Bans are based on violations of the code of conduct for which you agreed to when you signed up for the service, here is a link to the code https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

If either party used inappropriate language then they will receive and enforcement action. Remember that xbox live service is considered rate E for everyone service. You will need to keep all communications at that level.

Sounds like you have more than one account on your console & one of the accounts has been suspended.

As using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct then a console privilege suspension was issued to stop you from doing this.

The console suspension wont show on the enforcement site brandiesel linked but the account suspension will.You can appeal the account suspension if eligible,not the console suspension though.

One of the accounts on your console must be suspended & due to the console suspension all other accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account but will work on other devices which is why your account works on your cousins
xbox.

The console suspension should end at the same time as the account suspension ends.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.

Account Suspension
