Account Suspension! When will it end!

So on 26/7/2016 I was suspended for getting angry (and swearing) at a guy who scammed me on Roblox. So it's a communication suspension. Well as this is my first time being suspended as normally I don't go into rage mode - it was planned to finish
at 3:46PM on 27/7/2016. But for some reason, it is now 4:30PM and I still do not have the right to send messages or communicate in party or game chat. I just want to play again - I've tried restarting my Xbox and turning it on and off MULTIPLE TIMES. It just
doesn't seem to work! I know what I did wrong and will never do it again in the future. I've learnt my lesson and I just want to have some fun and play with my friends. Thanks for the response.

Communication suspension

Hi

my Xbox live account recently has experienced a temporary communication suspension but I can't find out when it ends. I've checked the enforcement page but it only tells me when the suspension had started and the reason. I want to know where I can find
out when the suspension ends

Account not getting unbanned

Account suspensions are to the minute specific. If you were suspended at 7:05 PM for 7 days it would be exactly 7:05 PM when the suspension ends.

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.

while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the

if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is a violation of the code of conduct.

Sounds like you may have been issued a console privilege suspension which will affect all accounts on that console.

Console suspensions can not be appealed & should end when the suspension on your main account is over.
