account suspension unnecessary

i need to speak out on how my account suspension was unnecessary. me and my friend, thebones2602 were playing fortnite battle royale when he snapped at me and called me the worst fortnite player ever. i then snapped back and called him a f@gg#t, he reported
me but before i got banned off voice communications, messages and alot more until 6th january, we said sorry to each other and then, i got a message of xbox live saying i was banned, can someone please help me with this? this seems very unnecessary.

Unnecessary Suspension

Ealrier today i was suspended for standing up to people. Accusing of scam, hate and general bs. They both reported me i reported them. I got suspended no doubt nothing happenned to them. I have never scammed/attempted to scam intentionally and if inmake
a mistake I own up to them. I did say some offensive thimgs, but overall telling the truth, i know it wasnt me they were on about because they were calling me Jim which is not my name, you can check from my account.
