Account Suspension Still Active

My account, , on Xbox one was suspended on September 25th until October 2nd 11am, or at least this is what the enforcement history said. It is past 11am on October 2nd yet my account suspension is still active, I am still unable to play multiplayer
games, I cannot communicate with friends in parties or send messages to them, and I cannot change anything in my profile. I am just wondering why the suspension is still active and how to make It inactive.

there are some issues with multiple people but it seems like nothing is happening to fix the problem.

Oke his is time 7 that i am posting on a xbox support forum..

the enforcement page A.K.A. Support forum #13 is nobody accepting my posts or its being deleted by the enforcement team.

I was suspended from communications till october 27th.

and today on November 15th i am still unable to chat with my friends.

All the options that were given to you in the sticky post by XBLPET are not solving my problem.

The Dutch support is also telling me that the enforcement team is aware of the situation. ( NO ***) the sticky post is from October 9th.

SO could anyone help me to get my party chat back.

the Windows 10 preview version is gone now its a final version... when will i get my party chat back??

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
4. Attempt to use the social features now.

 

So I tried this today thinking that the maximum suspension would be 2 weeks, well it’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t play online games or talk/message other people. Is there such thing as a permanent suspension from chatting or playing online games? Also
I’m kind of mad considering it was my friend who logged into my account and changed my gamerpic and got me banned.

 

Yes. There is such a thing as a permanent suspension. However, you may have just had an extension on the suspension and not a permanent suspension. You would need to contact support to find out if you are still suspended and for how long. They will not have
