Account Suspension since 2013.

Hi.

my Account's been banned since 2013. the associated email with the account is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

back then, xbox 360 games were not readily available in pakistan. so i had to pirate them.

i did pirate them, but now that i've long since sold and gotten rid of the xbox 360, i buy PC games.

my problem is that i have some games associated with *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and i can't seem to play them, like Gears of WAR 4,

because of the account ban.

the account ban again, has been in place since 2013. and i was hoping for a considerate, and understanding decision when it came to the account ban. but i have been given no "enforcement details" or whatsoever on my account ban. and the case is "not eligible"
for review.

i've long since given up my pirate ways, and i have a decent game collection. i'm sure you can tell, if you're microsoft support, but i would like the suspension, that went into effect on march 17th, 2013, lifted.

Unable to access Live due to previous Suspension that ended 9/16/2013.

When the message was received did it say the suspension will end 16-Sep-2013? If so, this person will likely need to wait until 17-Sep-2013 before the suspension is lifted.

Banned since 2013!

Hi there,

I'm sorry, but once an Xbox Live Account is banned, there is no way to get it unbanned. For some violations there is an option for a Case Review, but they only are available for specific violations and within a certain time frame.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and they do not allow case reviews on bans older than 12 months. So there would be no way to have the ban lifted.

I am sorry but it is far too late at this point. Nothing can be done. The only way would be of you made a review within 12 months of being banned. Your only choice is to wait until 9999 I guess.

You can play them on an xbox one via my home xbox (if it was set as that before you got banned as you can't set it now since it's banned) but it can't go online. To play it online you will need to purchase it again:

continue to access the game’s full online functionality. If another game was downloaded to your home Xbox but deleted prior to the permanent account suspension, other accounts present on the console can re-install the game to the home Xbox from the suspended
