Account suspension review

My account was recently communication banned and I don't know why I have looked through the messages and there is no abusive or offensive messages there and I don't go in parties with strangers.

ENFORCEMENT TEAM REPLY PLEASE

I cannot submit a case review.. the suspension isn't on my account.. I sign into the enforcement page and I scroll down and I see no suspension... so therefore I am not able to submit a case review. I contacted the support line on Microsoft and they told
me about my suspension.. but I am un able to file a case review since I cannot see the suspension penalty on my account on the enforcement page.

 

Ban

If you think that this suspension was issued in error, you can file a case review, if the suspension lasts for more than 24 hours.

To file the case review, go to https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and sign in with your suspended account.

Click on the yellow tile with the hammer on it, and click on the currently active suspension and file a Case Review.

If the suspension is "only" for 24 hours, you'll just have to wait it out, as a Case Review would take longer than the actual suspension, and keep you suspended longer.

 

For information about your suspension and to try submitting a case review, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com

Sorry, but support gave you incorrect information. The enforcement team do not use the forums. The enforcement website is the only place to find out about suspensions/bans and to submit a case review (the only way to contact the enforcement team).

 

Maybe one of your friends reported you as a joke? Could happen. It did happen to me! Good luck dude.
