account suspension restricting xbox live subscription sharing

I recently received a communications suspension and a harassment and threatening suspension. The communications suspension is justified and I know why i received it but i do not know why i received the harassment suspension as I couldn't harass anyone after
the communications suspension due to me not being able to communicate with other players. Also i did not participate in any misconduct other than the instant which validated the communications suspension. The harassment suspension has put a restriction on
sharing my live subscription with other accounts on the console. I was just hoping that this restriction could be lifted as i do not want to be the reason why other people can't enjoy the console.

Also, if the Gold subscription was purchased under your husband's account, you'll want to use

Gold sharing between your accounts.

It's best to have each user have their own account.

On an Xbox One, you only need one account with a Live subscription. The account that has the subscription can make a console it's home console so games and the Live subscription will be shared with all users on that console. More info can be found here:

Any report filed has to be investigated which takes time.It's likely your second suspension was for something you did before you were issued your first suspension.

Thats the problem though there was only one occasion where I broke the code of conduct which resulted in a suspension, I only use party chat with friends so only messages could be used for misconduct and there is only one conversation with misconduct so
I don't know where the second breach of conduct came from. There are a lot of people in my house which have access to my account and could have happened when they were using the account but looking through the messages there is only one breach which was the
one that resulted in the communications suspension.

 

Letting other people use your account is also a violation of the ToU/CoC & you are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

Messages are only saved for 30 days so it could of been for a message sent longer ago than that.

Nothing anyone here can tell you,you need to go to the enforcement site.
