Account suspension not showing up on enforcement page

I had two active bans on my account and they have since expired, but I still can't join parties or message. I was informed by support that I apparently have an active ban that lasts until September! This does not show up on my enforcement page, however,
so I can't even see why it happened, or try to appeal it.

If there is nothing showing on your
Enforcement History page, then your only other course of action is to post on the 09 - Xbox 360 Account Suspensions & Console Bans or 13 - Xbox One Account & Console Enforcement Actions to try and get an answer from the XBLPET. I've also escalated a concern
about forced gamer tag and gamerscore resets not showing on the Enforcement History page but I haven't heard any updates back on that yet.

Complete suspension on ALL xbox accounts and no access to Enforcement review

This is becoming a joke.......

Son received a 2 week Communication suspension on his account and trying to get a review, I could not get to the page to do this as I was put in a loop between Enforcement home page and review page.

Now, my other son and I have suspensions and the Xbox is pretty useless as we are not allowed Live access. We have received no emails from enforcement and checking our accounts on Enforcement page, both accounts are showing clear with no enforcement in place
(my account even tells me that my account has a perfect record!) Again, I can't get into the review page because I am looping from home page to policy acceptance.

Is this what my monthly Gold subscription buys me??

I NEED SUPPORT FROM SOMEONE AT MICROSOFT!!! PLEASE!!

Also, the woman I talked to on support said that it didn't give a reason for the ban so I'm STILL at a loss as to why it happened.

Thank you for your help, but nothing shows up on the enforcement page, it says no active suspensions, and it has no enforcement history, but the account is banned from xbox live.

Hi there,

If your account was banned, you would have received a message about the suspension/it would have showed on the enforcement page.

Most of the time, a console ban is a separate enforcement action from an account ban.

When you sign in with the account that has the enforcement action on it you will see an orange hammer in one of the boxes on the main page when you click on that it will bring up your enforcement history for that account.

Once on the enforcement history page it will show you your ENTIRE history and if any of the actions are eligible for a review there would be a choice to apply for a review.

It will then ask you a series of questions about the code of conduct (ALL of the answers are on the enforcement teams webpage) once you get ALL of them correct it will allow you to appeal your case

The enforcement team will then reinvestigate your case and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

If they determine that it was a valid report and suspension and uphold the suspension that is the final decision and you would just have to wait out the suspension.
